Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Taskr is an AI-native field-service CRM that helps trade and field-service businesses manage jobs, scheduling, quoting, invoicing and related workflows, including AI-assisted features such as voice dictation and quote drafting. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

• Pricing — the Service is offered on a per-user, per-month subscription basis at the prices shown on our pricing page or order form.
• Free trial — new accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription converts to a paid plan unless you cancel beforehand.
• Card on file — you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge the payment method on file for your subscription on a recurring basis.
• Billing cycles — subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Annual plans are billed up front and are offered at a discount equivalent to two months free compared with paying monthly.
• Cancellation & refunds — you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Taxes — prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or similar charges.

We may change our prices on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing purpose.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer or place undue load on the Service.
• Resell, sublicense or misuse the Service outside the scope of these Terms.

As between you and Taskr, you own the customer, job and other business data you and your team submit to the Service (your “Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and use Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. With respect to Customer Data, you act as the controller and Taskr acts as a processor on your behalf, as further described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents needed to provide Customer Data to us.

The Service includes AI-assisted features that generate content such as draft quotes, summaries and transcriptions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before sending it to customers or relying on it for business, financial or legal decisions. AI features are provided as a productivity aid and not as professional advice.

The Service relies on third-party providers — including Google Firebase / Google Cloud, Stripe, Anthropic and Deepgram — and may integrate with other third-party tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding your Customer Data), is owned by Taskr or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it will meet your requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskr and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taskr and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period where practicable, after which it may be deleted in line with our retention practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law: your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
