After the trial it's from $42 per user / month on Lite, which already includes Taskr AI, Vibe Quoting and unlimited jobs, quotes and invoices.
Taskr is priced per user, per month — Lite is $42, Pro is $65, Plus is $79, and Enterprise is custom for larger crews. Add seats anytime and you only pay for the people who use it. Choose annual billing and you save two months. All prices are in AUD.
No. Taskr AI and Vibe Quoting are included on every plan with generous fair-use limits — you're never billed per token, per message or per quote. Pro and Plus get progressively higher fair-use limits for busier teams, and Enterprise can set custom limits.

Yes. Quotes, invoices and payment reminders can go out by text as well as email, each carrying a secure link — including a pay-now link on invoices so clients can pay by card straight from the message. You can see the delivery status of every SMS, and emails show delivery and open tracking, so you know your quote actually landed.
Yes. Automated reminders go out by email and SMS on a cadence you set, and you can switch them off for any individual invoice — handy for the client you'd rather ring yourself. Invoices also support partial payments, bank-transfer details alongside the card link, and the option to pass card fees on to the customer.
Snap a photo of the receipt — or upload the PDF — and Taskr's AI reads the supplier, GST and individual line items, and even picks up refunds and credits. Link a receipt to the exact quote line it belongs to and you'll see margin per line, not just per job. Receipts also push to Xero & MYOB as bills with the image attached.
Yes. Set up a visit series once — daily through to monthly, up to 52 visits, including multi-day jobs — and every appointment lands on the calendar in one go. Inside your account, roles and permissions control what each team member sees. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Import your client list from a CSV and Taskr's AI maps the columns for you, even when the headings don't match — contacts, sites and details land in the right fields for you to review before anything saves. And with Xero or MYOB connected, invoices and payments stay in sync with your accounting records from day one.
Yes — Taskr is Australian-built and GST-aware end to end. Quotes and invoices handle GST properly, reporting on the Plus plan shows GST collected alongside revenue invoiced, collected and outstanding, and everything runs in AUD against the Australian financial year.
Job costing and business reporting are Plus plan features. Job costing gives you a live quoted-vs-actual P&L on every job — labour at each worker's real cost and charge rates, scanned receipts linked to quote lines, and a portfolio roll-up across all your jobs. Reporting covers revenue invoiced, collected and outstanding, GST collected, your collection rate and a six-month trend. Quoting, invoicing, scheduling, timesheets and Taskr AI are on every plan.
